Communication could be better when issues arose. The appraisal was a mess. I Just found out the insurance amount was wrong that was included on the closing disclosure it didn’t match quote from my insurance provider now they have to refund. Overall was a stressful process.

More communication from the lender. The experience for my clients was very frustrating. This was not on Shane but Sarah and the team. Request for income documents occurred one day before closing. During the process we were told twice that we would need to move closing. I think verification of documents should be a higher priority.

While Justin Atteberry was awesome to work with, there was a lot of misunderstanding when it came to the costs and what was being sent to whom and how much. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely needs some fine tuning in communication.
