My husband and were originally working with a different agent and we got transfered to Rayan on the basis that we would have a different outcome. We were very clear about needing open and clear communication. We got good communication for a week or two at best and then everything went downhill from there. I was ignored on numerous exchanges despite calling, emailing, texting, and calling customer service. It was an extremely infuriating position to be in. At the end I just gave up because it was going no where and I just wanted to be done and get my money. I expected better customer service from a manager.

Blake did not have great communication throughout this process. My client had received his CD and was suppose to get back $200 at closing only to have to have over $6,800. When we got to closing he had to pay an additional $55. The closing date was changed 4 times. The team was very last minute. They were not being transparent about the process. They kept changing the rules and regulations regarding the grant he was promised. The entire process was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Laborious Claim process. Had roof replaced. Insurance payments have to be endorsed by mortgage lender, NAF. It takes up to a month to get the endorsed check back with much nagging on our part. No local office available to handle such situations. Online Google listing is old; this location is vacant. I hate it when they sell mortgages to a__hats like this company.

The Assiantant offered no assistance. She was actually rude.

Travis started out saying all the “right” things, the things you want to hear. When it comes to action the lies start coming . I have texts , emails to prove his many lies! This is the biggest purchase of your life and we endure a lot of unnecessary stress and Travis was only looking for his “paycheck” ! He doesn’t like you addressing the lies and when you do he gets aggressive! Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional, classless behavior! His assistant on the other hand was very professional and she was a so amazing! It was so disheartening and disappointing what we had to go through with Travis! Guaranteed Rate wasn’t the problem its simple Travis Lang problem! I pray he gets some professional anger management counseling! Do not trust anything he says , he would say anything to get the sale!

If I could do a zero star I absolutely would, a NIGHTMARE of an experience. Explained our situation of getting married later this year, and starting a new job in the same field. Questioned her right away if this would be an issue. She reassured us that none of this would be problem in pre-qualifying for any loans including the USDA rural loan and the FAH loan. She obviously didn’t listen to anything we talked about, because these were all factors in the end of why we didn’t qualify. She gave us the green light to go look at houses and reassured us there wouldn’t be any issues. After we put in an offer on a house she came back scrambling like she was blind sided by our circumstances. Again, this is information she knew all along. If I was you, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a loan consultant. She was very unprofessional and out dated on her knowledge. Just looking out for future clients, and how HORRIBLE our experience was!!

Was not right. Bad communication

Any level of communication would have been better than what I received. Never received a phone call and only received an email when I begged for it.
