Honestly, Cindy. The loan process as a whole was actually fairly easy and we are grateful for that, given how stressful our financial situation was at the time. Mike was great at the beginning of the process, but he did become less responsive once Cindy entered the picture. As i have stated before, she was phenomenal and we could not have asked for better treatment than we received from her.

Clara was nice, but sometimes things beyond her control prevented proper loan processing. Whoever was above her seemed to drop the ball on more than one occassion.
