Consistent and timely communication thorough out the entire loan process would have made for a 5 star experience. Once the loan went to processing there was not much communication from Zach. However, considering my closing was delayed I would have liked to receive the communication from him. I voiced my concern. Zach got involved to ensure that the rest of the process ended smoothly.

Mike was very communicative at first although that did wane some as the loan progressed. I felt like I was not really kept in the loop as the loan kept going back and forth to the processor which was not typical. All in all it was an above average experience
