Home Buyers Beware! As soon as I contacted New American Funding I was immediately pressured to provide my social security number. As soon as I did they stopped answering the phone. I called them several times with no response. I finally got a long text message with false credit information on it. Then they told me that they could not approve me for the loan with no real explanation on why. Afterwords Mr. Redman called me and told me he’ll call me right back to see if he can get me approved and then stopped answering his phone. Then I started getting weird calls from all of these janky different agencies trying to get me to refinance my house. I got approve through another bank that good communication and better customer service.

Charles and his team did not provide exceptional service for us. They came across as nice and professional; however, they were deceptive with the loan, the interest rate, and the amount of the closing costs. They literally tried to take advantage of my husband, and he is the kindest man I know. They appeared to lack integrity, and I am very disappointed in the way they handled our loan and the process. They appeared uneducated in several areas through the process. They were unethical and I believe it was intentional. I am very disappointed in the way things were handled and I would not recommend anyone to this company now or in the future. My personal opinion is that they tried to take advantage of us due to our race as well. We are believers and we pray and God showed up for us, to God/Jesus/Holy Spirit, be all the Glory for being faithful to us and giving us discernment. Also, I would be remiss if I did not caution others fo be very careful with the real estate agent that you choose as well. Many of these people are.in cahoots. Make sure you find a real estate agent with integrity that has your best interest and not their own. Also, the people that do appraisals. We could not find one review on the guy this company had complete our appraisal. Looking back, we should have had that redone as well. To sum it up they were liars and people who SCHEME. We found a better company that operated in integrity and were non discriminatory. We are grateful.

Nick Lopez a senior loan officer never got back to me. This company has 41 complaints with Better Business. What does that tell you. BUYER BEWARE

Hey these people are desperate to sell there bill of goods. They simply ring your phone constantly. Blocking the number doesn't help and adding me to the do not call is a lie. Funny thing is, I haven't any need for there services, didn't apply, wouldn't do business with these desperate screwballs if I did.

We got to work with Ana Vandever. It was a roller-coaster of emotions working with her. We could hardly get ahold of her. Ana would call from different numbers. She wouldn't work with our realtor. At the end we were told we had to reapply again. We just decided to not work with her.

Went to this loan company for a specific loan officer. They changed loan officers without my knowledge or permission. After that, the entire process was a fiasco and a nightmare. I had to send in documents 3 times because they lost them. The violated my person privacy demanding information that wasn’t being used for the loan. The senior loan officer screwed up everything she was involved in. They refused to answer my questions, even when I asked them multiple times and in all capital letters on the third time. Horrible, horrible loan company. I wouldn’t recommend them to finance building a dog house.

Very bad company to go with. Quoted and the number at the end do not match. The whole team is un-professional.

It's tough to put into words what I experienced with this organization. Was told all was good to go. Day before settlement still waiting . Was told they weren't making any money off my loan because it was too small. $1600 just in origination fees sounds like money to me. Made a totally unnecessary trip to Florida from Pennsylvania for a settlement that never happened till two days later back in Pennsylvania with a mobile notary that came to my house. The paperwork was totally wrong, and had to be reprinted costing even more time. While in Florida, Vincent refused to return phone calls from me, the title company or my realtor. My realtor said that she has never seen something like this in 13 yrs as a realtor. The title company was willing to stay even later to seal the deal, but phone calls went unreturned . This experience has cost me over 5k in needless expense. These people have lied to me, cost me money, and , even after paying even higher interest for a second property, had my employer believing I was going to work remotely. We don't have that option. I have been encouraged by several people to file a complaint and seek damages. I was hoping they would make an effort to make this right, but nothing so far. Never had an experience like this in my life. I really didn't want to do this, but maybe something will be done about the loss I suffered.
