This was probably the worst experience I had. While Shelby was a great loan officer, this company is the worst. They have had my information since January and today when I am supposed to close they tell me that we are not sure if your employment will continue. They literally wasted my time and I almost lost my house. If you are a minority or going for FHA please save your breath and go to Bank of America or Rocket Mortgage. I just got funding through Rocket Mortgage

Marco was very bad at basic communication. Very poor follow up and poor basic customer service. Lacking.

Real Estate Transaction failed to close due to Ashley - NAF ultimately caused my Client/Buyer to lose $3,000.00 Earnest/Option Funds. Ashley sought after my Client/Buyer for a year, so he felt devoted to stay with her despite my having a lender... Ashely had my client "approved" for a mortgage loan and waited until ONE day prior to closing to advise him that her Underwriter-Manager (NAF) needed him to sell a major asset in order to qualify... missed every deadline to save the contract. Total Shock to everyone, but Ashley/NAF! Extremely poor time management, communication, and loyalty to her Client. She left the Title Company, Seller's & Buyer's and both Agents in a bad position and didn't seem to care one bit. Never offered to pay the $3k she caused client to lose... lifeless apology and that's it. If I could rate Ashley and this company zero here, I would!

Be very careful with this company, I'm working with the loan officer and she has not been very honest. I've requested several times for a supervisor to reach out and yet no one has reached out. Business ethics, professionalism, integrity none of those words should be used when describing the standards new American funding.

Spoke to a loan officer, Communication is key, was very poor on that issue. Spoke to a previous loan officer from another company, was given an answer with in days. Going on a month and no answer still. Don't like to give bad reviews but i give this place a Zero. Buying a house should be take very serious and we haven't heard anything, and we've been getting the run around.

Do not trust New American Funding. They will waste your time and money and harass you for pointless information. They will call and message you at all times of the day. RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
