My fiancé changed insurance companies And we are now going on almost a month and no one from this company has called him back or State Farm. I actually had to upload the policy through a random website a customer service representative gave me over the phone. Seriously he pays you on time and is tying to do the right thing and no one can return a call to him or the insurance company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There was no communication. Loan officers have to remember that they have 3 clients: the buyer, the agent and the title company. It felt like the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. This was a 6 week closing, there should have been no issues. The LO read the appraisal wrong and created a major panic, the loan processor forgot ("overlooked") sending the CD out, so that moved closing a day. Then manager got involved and assured us we would get docs that night, they never came. We got a CTC from the LO and then on the new date of closing (the 3rd date) they still needed paperwork. My reputation was put through the mud as why on earth would I work with this company?

Beware of time frame and communication which is way less than ideal Also beware of numbers and promises made initially.

Ron Dorco must be the biggest joke in lending. My son has be trying to close for a month and a 1/2 now. This guy is constantly asking for same documents over and over and over that my son continued to supply. Every time something came up he would blame someone else. During one phone call my wife tried speaking to him about the errors and once he found out she had been in the mortgage industry for 20+ years (underwriting manager) and he couldn't BS her he hung up the phone. After missing 2 closing because of Mr.Rons incompetence my son finally walked away. In my 20+ years in the Army buying multiple homes I have never seen such BS.
