Riana was great..but didn't know who else was working with us. and when we were trying to schedule closing we didn't know that Riana was the person who couldn't help us (and she was the person on the e-mails). Then another person went on vacation that we didn't know about. I like working with a loan officer that takes it from the beginning to the end. Just my personal opinion. BUT, we were able to close early - so the job was done!

Joel was great; the other staff assisting him, not as much. I voiced my concern to Joel about Wendy, and he said this had been an on going thing. I was assured she would not be a point of contact any longer and he gave me another person's contact info for while he was out of town. Unfortunately Wendy remained on as a primary part of my loan and her lack of communication almost prevented our closing on schedule. If it wasn't for Wendy and poor communication/ people skills I would give 5 stars.

I'm sure my work schedule and my availability probably dampened my experience, the on line course required didn't allow you to do what was asked, and a little more information about money needed at closing would have been nice but overall good experience and good service.

The original contact we had with Mitch was great. He had explained many things and told us what to expect. Unfortunately he left on vacation right when our home was up for appraisal as we were borrowing to upgrade the house. The manager who took over for him didn't know where to follow through and everything from there on was made much more difficult than it needed to be. Upon completion with the title company and Mitch's return everything finished on a good note.

(1) documentation manufactured on our behalf without talking to us or asking (several letters given to notary for us to sign that we didn’t write and weren’t asked about) (2) team many times NOT on the same page and unaware of what each other are doing (3) Suprise charges/costs of loan not discussed with us and simply added to documents to sign as if we wouldn’t see it. Was able to explain charges when asked, but tried to add them without us noticing and without speaking to us! NOT OK!
