I would have liked him to go over the exact amount I was getting back from my refi and exactly what the funds were going to. I was NOT aware until I signed the closing documents that my funds were only going to 2of my credit cards when I had spoken to Tom about paying both my husband and my credit cards. I would have liked clearer communication, and exact dollar amounts, and what was going to happen when the loan closed. I did not know I was being sent 3 separate checks. A little frustrating.

Specific information was told to Kate about the insurance issues we were going through and requested a higher amount be factored in, however when docs began coming in the lower incorrect information was used. Trevor - one of the processors worked with me to correct the issue while Kate seemed perturbed or bothered when the issue was brought to her attention. Additionally I requested to ensure a specific dollar amount was available at close and Kate’s fell $900 short of what we needed.

This was a short sale and it didn't seem as though communication was consistently quick and effective.

I filled out a lot of documents for you company but yet when the escrow company came I had to fill out all the same documents because they were not transferred to them which took a good deal of time and frustration on my part. I'm not sure I got a great rate deal. Also another loan was suppose to be paid with the sale proceeds that didn't get paid. I do have to say the good thing was that your company did allow me to close on time so they did quick service
