Theyve been calling me nonstop. Told them im not interested. Keep calling me. Ill never use their service. Shame on zillow for sharing my details with these morons

I receive several unwanted, unsolicited calls per day from this business Update: This is the second time I've called and been told I was placed on your do not call list yet I'm still receiving calls. Your business is a pestilence.

Be cautious of this lender. Credit karma recommend this lender so I input my info. Next morning they were blowing up my phone nonstop while I was sleep. Talked to a guy named Landry stau b later that day. I was at work and wasn’t able to talk. We scheduled a call for 12:30 pt same day. He didn’t call till 1 so I waited on a call for nothing. I wasn’t able to speak at 1pm so we agreed we’d speak at 12:30 pt the next day (today). No call received at all today. I wasted an entire hour waiting around and stepping away from work. If this is how they treat potential clients, then I don’t want to work with them. Be cautious of poor communication from here.

The assigned loan consultant was unprofessional. She showed no interest in the business and not put effort in what she was supposed to do. Since the first conversation, she asked us to provide her with a loan estimate that we got from other lenders. After several follow ups, she finally gave us a “cost sheet” with the rate way higher than what she told us over the phone. Considering my experience, I do not recommend this company to my friends and family.

Sally is simply amazing! We had a great team of people we worked with. Our realtor was great and I can’t say enough about Sally! We had so many obstacles and she was with us the whole way. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone else by our side. We are now in our new home and we owe a lot of that to Sally. Thank you so much Sally. Thanks to you we have a great story to tell. We could not have done this without you!!??

Got a phone call from these guys, told them I'm not interested, my wife had put out the inquiry and they gave me a sales schpiel (I'm in sales so I get it) then as soon as I said I am working on pre approval already they hung up on me, no thanks have a good day or anything. Salesman was very rude. Go elsewhere, I've had a great experience with Zillow so far. I'd give NO stars if possible!

The loan officer (Brandy Hope) we've worked with is great. Communicates professionally and timely. The rest of the team has left us incredible disappointed and no one has any resolution. We have an email saying everything was approved and a closing date scheduled. The first mistake, someone didn't process the closing documents and closing was delayed 4 days. And then a No Name Underwriter requested an employment document that doesn't exist. We've had to restructure our loan, delay weeks, pay more to our current residence and lost deposits for repairs in the new home. This office seems apathetic to the stress their clients experience trying to secure a home.

Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a loan. No honesty its all smoke and mirrors. They told us what we wanted to hear, we were so excited. On Monday 10/4/2020 we paid for the appraisal just to be told on 10/9/2020 that we weren't approved after working with this company for almost 2 months.
