Dianne was actually really great in the beginning and I WOULD recommend her for her knowledge. She seemed very informed about types of loans and what would be a better choice by weighing out the options for us. She even helped us look up FHA approved condos since that was an interest of ours. However as first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and somethings were not answered when it came to questions about fees, procedures and rates. If this was our second buy it would have been all 5s.
