My just okay review isn’t a reflection on Robert but rather of the processing department that didn’t provide a balanced closing disclosure. I had to point out several errors and it took three attempts to get it corrected.

It was not great, but it was not just okay. It seemed at times that the paperwork request would never end. It was a very trying experience to say the least. End of the day, we were very lucky to be able to purchase the home we wanted. The Sellers were spectacular with us and being understanding. Without their help with this process it may have not occurred.
