For the most part, we were able to always get a hold of someone to ask questions. Working with Jesika Dietz was wonderful as well. At the end when we were rushing to hit the closing deadline, she went above and beyond to keep us up to speed and to answer our questions. She really made sure to finish this whole process with excellent customer service. Our overall experience was very positive.

They were a little slow about communicating with us on the say koi f the closing. We didn't find out until 4pm. that we weren't closing that day. My husband had to call to find that out. We closed 2 days later. Communication is the key.
