NAF uses false advertisement. They show good rates and when buyer applies they say the advertised rate is only for low income clients. Beware!

Worked with Nick Neal who made the process easy. He then got me an interest rate that was higher than originally offered when i was shopping around loaners. He continued to mention how easy it would be for us to refinance once rates drop but he sold my loan to a different company before my first payment was even due. Not very happy with my experience because they just sold my loan and info to an entire different company. Would not recommend because they will just lie to you

Poor communication closing date was completely up in the air until we actually closed. .Multiple voice mails were left with no return call. Emails went unanswered. It was a horrible experience. Sincerely Gary Robbins

There was zero communication, not even an introduction to say he would be working on this file. Since closing there has still been zero communication to ensure the brokerage had documents needed to wrap up on our end. Just very unprofessional for this organization as a whole

Kendra just seemed overall busy!! We had to wait from Jan 6 to what seemed like the end of closing to have a FHA # changed. The closing day was scheduled at 2pm, everyone was aware but Kendra advised everyone else 3pm. So everything was delayed. I was very upset and my mood to close was ruined.

Wow I’m baffled by all the 5 star reviews for Kenol. He was horrible, made the process extremely stressful, threatened to pull out 5 days before closing because I questioned him. Very arrogant, egotistical, unpleasant and unprofessional. His assistant Hector was nice and towards the end I tried to keep my correspondence directly through him.

Eric having no knowledge of Georgia Dream delayed the entire process. He acted as if the client could only work with him when there was incompetence shown that delayed the buyer purchasing the home. I would never recommend NAF due to my experience with Eric
