Alyssa was always available to answer questions and as a backup for gathering documentation needed for U/W. Very pleasant to work with. Only issue that we encountered was having to pay additional money for the appraisal due to a mix up as to who the appraiser was to contact in order to get into property. This is not a complaint against Alyssa, but it was also somewhat difficult dealing with an out of state lender with a 2 hour difference time zoneespecially when it came down to closing & funding
