Good service, but communication regarding who I needed to talk to about my loan was lacking. I'm happy that i was able to refinance my loan with 100 percent loan value. Most companies only allow 90 percent to refinance into a Va loan.

3 things: I wasn't 100% I was getting the best deal. I still wonder if I could have had a better rate or lower closing costs. Property taxes were wrong twice, and it took several days for them to fix it. To me, it was a dumb error and an easy fix. They scheduled the notary to come without telling me, and when the closings costs were still wrong. They told me I could use a personal check for cash to close, which wasn't true, I needed to wire the money or use a cashier's check.

You were 1 day late on my closing after I drove from Florida to Tennessee to close. The seller was upset as we were. The loan officer (Laura Jarimillo) was terrible and let us down after the final closing statement wa given to us. We drove to Tennessee thinking all was Ok and wasn’t able to close on time per the contract. Your company is really strong on making me, your client, produce ridiculous amo7nts if documents and really weak at customer service and follow through.

In the beginning, in October, everything was great. But this dragged on until January. This took way too long and there wasn't nearly as many updates as I would have like nearer to the end.
