Failed to inform the client about how, what, and when to prepare for the closing. I had to be the one to contact him and inquire what I needed to do instead. It was nerve wrecking because I was never informed by anyone on what and when to prepare for the closing. I had to do everything at the last minute and it almost fail through. He was very patient when answering my questions at the initial stage. But I felt my last contacts with him were rushed and he was inpatient.

The entire process started out wonderfully and Miguel was great. The communication and support were great. Towards the latter part of the process things kind of fell apart a little. The communication fell off and there was a time when calls, E-mails, etc went unanswered. The worst part of it all was the rate I was promised was retracted several days before closing. Poor business by New American but I suspect it was not Miguel's decision or fault.

Over promised & under delivered. Saved about $30/mo but “save up to $200/mo. Underwriting wanted to x-ray us naked. Took a lot longer to complete & close. But the virus was involved also. Glad we won’t have to do this again.

Our loan process began well. Everything was on track to close and then a glitch was discovered. The glitch appeared to possibly prevent us from closing on the house. It took quite some time to resolve the issue and find a solution. The stress was significant for us. Matt was patient with our stress and towards the end I would say that communication improved drastically. My only suggestion would be to be open and honest about glitches as soon as they are discovered to sustain trust

My initial contact with Waqas was very good. He was accommodating and helpful and informative about the entire process. There was a little bit of uncertainty after that as it seemed there was a longer period of inactivity and changes in the who was handling my refinance. When Tae took over, I am pleased to say things got back on track and we wrapped things up pretty smoothly.
