I enjoyed working with Sam. Response times were extended, he was difficult to reach. Having said that, I recognize he/we are operating under difficult circumstances. Covid 19 has forced work from home, making handoffs/ process steps more extended, and coupled with record low mortgage and refinance interest rates have increased activity and workload. Sam did everything he said he would do and I would work with him again.

The grant found for me is actually a loan. I thought a grant meant there are no stipulations to pay it back. Wasn’t told it put a lien on my property that will not automatically be taken off my property and must go to County to get it taken off. Wasn’t told I’d have to pay it back if I sell the house before living here 20yrs. I feel she should have known and explained these stipulations to me. I would not have accepted this grant if I known the stipulations. It being called a grant should =free
