Christopher did a good job. I think he has too much going on to make customers excited over how he is able to deal with them. It was not just with him, but each of the folks at NAF I dealt with during my loan process. I am sure some of it has to do with the Covid environment we are dealing with. But, there was a good amount of confusion on what was needed to close this deal. We ended up extending the closing 2 times and had to get the rate lock (60 day) extended once. Christopher was great.

The closing took longer than we expected. Wasn't aware we would have to pay $ at closing. Yes we did miss a house payment during this process but our credit score dropped a little.
