I asked for some help in paying for the appraisal (we had one done within a year ago) and he said he would check. He later said that New America would help out with that. I went to appraisal site and clicked the drop down payment box and the amount of $300 was the only sum, and so I assumed that the balance of $175 was paid by New America. Then my AmEx bill comes in and I got charged $475. Have tried numerous times to him and Erika with emails and no one CARES! Then the closing was postpone

If I would have known that I couldn't set up my automatic payments biweekly according to how I get paid, I would not have refinanced with your company. I didn't know that I had to set it up according to your company policy which is in the middle of a my pay period, I was happy about this. When I was with Quicken Loans they set my payments based on how I got paid. You should let your customers know this up front instead of at the end of the process and you can't back out. BAD

Teo is just a salesman. He doesn’t have your back when you need him. Our close was a week late because your office didn’t act with the sense of urgency needed for a 30 day close. Requests for information were incomplete, the ball was dropped when someone went on vacation for several days. We even went to the title company with an appointment to sign loan docs but they weren’t there. I have much more to say but your site only allows 500 characters. I’ll see if the DBO is more interested

Better communication, have all information correct the first time ex(documents) , don’t tell someone things at last minute, help people close when they need to. Listen to the customer more.

Everything was ok up to the day before closing. I called Mike he said all was good. That the paperwork would be at lawyers that next morning. I was not. Apparently Andrea went on vacation and didn’t complete our paperwork therefore closing could not happen. This put EVERYONE in a mess. My sellers us our animals attorney real estate agents. I got nothing from Mike or Sean other than do not call them so they could work on. What the heck have you been doing. Kimberly was awesome.
