Milagros Concepcion was the only person that I received good attention and good service,I was surprised when I called to say thank you for all the help and attention she gave me, I found out she was fired, It's sad to hear something like that, Because in reality who was in contact and prepare the whole case and that was achieved with success until the closing was Milagros Comsepcion.

Quite honestly, there were so many inefficiencies and examples of unprofessional business dealings I really don't know where to start. But I'll provide just a few examples: 1st my Closing Cost were OVER-DOUBLE what was disclosed to me in my initial Estimated Closing Statement 2nd response time and follow-up with representative(s) were awful 3rd I was lied to 4th My loan took approx 110-days from executed Borrowers Cert of Author to Funding 5th This was a classic "bait & switch" loan process

At first the experience was going well. Then all hell broke loose. This is the third home I purchased with numerous refi's in between and I have never been so incredibly stressed out to the point of being sick in my life. People who don't seem to know how to communicate. Or think beyond what is written in front of them. Get some competant people who can let the client know exactly what to expect when and thnk outside the box.

I have used New American Funding for 4 loans for my clients.... I would never suggest to a client to trust New American Funding on a loan again.... Just horrible experience.

Communication needs to be better. I know he received my file at the last minute, so that may have contributed to things happening. There are other things I rather not mention. This was my first home purchase and based off my feelings during this process, I don't want to purchase another home. I understand things happened, but how some made me feel during this process wasn't great. I'm glad it's over. I'm happy that I'm in my home. I do thank them for that.

New American Funding kept demanding hard to obtain information. They all but asked for a blood sample & then kept changing the loan terms as we were driving to sign the final walk-through.
