The communication was horrible. There was information that was crucial to our buying process that was never given to us at all. Buying a home while selling another is stressful to begin with. Working with Jeff made it ten times more stressful. Sadly, I won’t recommend him to anyone.

There were several mistakes made and a lack of communication by loan officer made the situation more difficult. Also, a nasty text message to buyer from loan officer about the delay in get buyer funds to title was unprofessional. It had not been communicated to buyer she would close on that day.

I’m waiting for 240 from them as that is the extra expense not to mention stress because we didn’t close as promised because he was not knowledgeable to our loan requirements. Pay up and own up it was your fault
