Individually, Wes was fine to work with. But once the app moved to underwriting, there was a communication breakdown it seemed. Maybe having a more organized method of collecting the documents would've made it a bit easier on both myself and the team. With the dozens of emails I was receiving, the documents and important information was getting lost in my inbox.

The rates and numbers needed for the closing were constantly changing. They were still changing on the day of closing. The closing agent joked that we should get the papers signed before they changed again.

Zac was good, but the process closing was clumsy and too complicated. Zac helped, but he had to 'fight your systems' to get things done.

I'm a firm believer of doing things face to face at times. We never met Andrew to this day. We were told he had everything he needed just to fine out at the last minute we had to get something to him. He was very nice but it was like he was doing to much at one time to really focus. We recieved his name from someone we knew and they said he was great.

The overall experience was quick, and our transaction was easy and moved quickly. But once in underwriting I never heard from him again. That was a little frustrating. Our communication was little after went to underwriting. And a few times I reached out ti verify situations. It was smooth and effortless but I felt since it was that they didn’t have to respond to me and it felt as is if I was just a number and not a customer they valued. If this was not our first refi we would have been lost.
