Better communication towards the end, even my realtor, the title lawyer and the sellers realtor was frustrated because we had to move our closing date to the next Monday

It's very hard to be personable with anybody in this market. Heath did a fine job with what he had. Good buyer in this transaction was very confused and noncommittal 2 the programs and was constantly changing her mind. I don't blame Heath for that. Communication is the key to all transactions.
