Initially, Stephen was professional and provided good information. However, the majority of our interaction at that point was with his assistant Debbie. Example, she would sit on information then email that she needed things by the end of the same day. Downhill from there. Told Stephen we did not want any further communication from her but it did not stop. Even our final email congratulating us on the loan including her. Since BCC exists it seems pretty passive aggressive to me.

For the last 3 weeks of my closing process, everything was last minute and I had to hurry up by the end of the day because "my rate was expiring". More preparedness on NAF's part would have alleviated a lot of this stress.

This transaction almost did not make it to the closing table due to exchange between Ryan and Roxanna our client. I spent an entire evening saving this cross country relocation transaction. Per Ryan file was ready for closing 1 week ahead of time, yet docs barely arrived to Title the evening before our COE date. Poor communication from NAF to our buyer, both agents in the transaction, and the title company given a file that needed multiple final underwrites and additional Quality Control Audits.

Initially we had a good experience with your company. Towards the middle, and end of the process there was like communication with your associates. We were asked to submit some information, and then asked to submit other information that could’ve been relayed to us last week. Overall the experience was good, except for the miscommunication about information I have to be submitted
