The only reason this loan was closed was because of Wayne Childress. I will never do business with New American Funding again. They made my loan process very stressful and made so many mistakes that they tried to push off on me.

Communication with me as the agent was satisfactory but clients were unsatisfied that communication slowed near the end of the transaction when there were errors and lack of information about closing numbers.
