While I enjoyed the assistance Anthony provided there was a lack in communication. I understand, cause my mom operates under the same moto, "No News is good news". However when dealing with a home mortgage I found out about delays after the fact the projected closing deadline had past. I would refer friends but think the communication could be a little more timely when deadlines are going to be missed. Thank y'all for your help and assistance in our mortgage refinance.

Nichole was very knowledgeable and informative on advising ways to boost credit scores. Application process was easy. Only downside was processing time on loan underwriting was very long, hence only 4 star rating.
