I have absolutely no complaints about the team's responsiveness. When initiated, communication and replies were almost instantaneous, which I really appreciate. At least one member of the team claimed to be unaware of our closing date, scheduled within the next 2 days. There may have been other factors behind the scenes that I am unaware of, but the result was that our closing was pushed back 3 days without much regard for the additional expenses we incurred each day closing was delayed.

Have worked with Ives previously with incredibly results. This latest time things were a little more complicated with some issues on communication and clarity. In the long run everything worked out very well, and his team and managers were a huge support. I will absolutely recommend Ives, and look at the latest experience and any issues not a regular thing and due to just the complications during this past horrible year with COVID.
