The underwriting process appeared rushed on our end, on day of closing we got a notice that the lender wouldn't fund closing unless they received photos of a fix that had needed to be made. We received this notice at 1pm and we ended up having to close a day late because escrow wont close the sale unless it is funded by 2:30pm the day of closing. If we were notified that the photos were needed the prior day or even earlier that morning we would have been able to close on time.

I just wish that the documents that needed to be sent over was a better process and more organized but other than that aspect the experience was nice. Everyone that I worked with was friendly and felt like they were working hard to get my closing done as fast as possible.
