I made over 4 requests to multiple people for a copy of my credit report that was ran on me. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act I am legally authorized to receive a copy. All requests went unanswered from multiple individuals form this company. I will most likely be filing a complaint. All other service and communication was good. Although I was told a representative would be present at my home closing and no one was there so the title agent had to go through all their paperwork.

Agni Garcia, was helpful attentive and very kind. This rating is based off underwriting for the lack of communication during the final process, which made us the buyer very uneasy, stressed and worried that all our work and time could possibly be for nothing. It worked out, thank goodness but the stress of buying your first home is enough. Other than the bump in the road at closing everything was pleasant. I appreciate the hard work that went into closing for us.

I did not have a bad experience with this company. Most of our interaction was through email communications so there is quite a bit that is lost in the medium. The service was good considering the conditions in which we conducted business.
