Thanks for your assistance with getting me lower rates for my mortgage. Below is a few constructive criticisms that I would suggest in the future: - Discrepancies between what was discussed via phone conversation vs email request. - Multiple persons requesting different things sometimes made it confusing. Would be nice to have one lead person to discuss and funnel everything else internally for your staff. -errors on documents that I had to identify myself. - communication could hve been better

Well she's fine and nice. Only met once. You got to know to know your customers and to be more concern about them and their experiences. Jill, Matt, Cindy, Ann, Lilleth were awesome!!! Jane and Matt were great. The problem came during closing and the final processing of the loan. Brooke Povlsen was working the file and emailed me to request additional documents on Thursday evening (6/18). I responded several times to this email with no reply. I followed up on Tuesday (6/23) before I received a response. The initial email stated my deadline for submission was 6/20. This lack of response continued on to closing. Delays cost both the seller and I work time. Poor execution at clos

Seria de gran ayuda mantener al tanto a las personas sobre cómo va el estatus de sus tramites, ya que los tiempos de espera en incertidumbre son demasiado largos, tiempos en los que no se recibia ningún tipo de noticia sobre los tramites del préstamo y sobre todo seria bueno no esperar hasta el último día para saber si el préstamo esta aprobado o no!
