Lack of communication on their part , had to resend documents over more then once , this has been going on since July and we just settled last week , when I ask why it’s taking so long, I was always told I’ll check into it and call you back , those calls never happened it was me always calling back a few days later . This wasn’t just Drew not calling me back , I called Art Romero 3 times who is supposed to be senior manager and have yet to be called back , and also Paula Kim , TERRIBLE XPERIENCE

The refinance process was disorganized, lacking communication, and took four times as long as it should have. Drew was generally responsive in the very beginning and at the very end. The rest of the time he failed to jump in when this process was clearly going sideways with the processor who was incompetent, apathetic, and had no sense of urgency. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and I was exceedingly close to pulling the plug several times.

Following your company's mission statement should be the "bare minimum" standard to which a company operates. Timely service (my refi took 6 mos to complete) , follow-up communication ( I never knew where we were in the refi process), and return phone calls (I often had to reach out to management or others to get my rep. to call me back) would have made this experience better.

Brittani, is very good and getting back in a reasonable time. But she can be harsh and impatient. She definetley knows how to do her job. She can answer all questions and gets the job done, but she is impatient and rushes through, and easily gets frustrated with customers. We appreciate that she was able to get us better rates and reached out to us. But she must be retrained on how to interact with customers respectively.

Lack of communication between Belinda, her team and Capshaw. I sent several documents more than twice when if they were communicating with each other it could have been avoided and some documents were requested at the last minute.

The team did a horrible job communicating with me all the steps and what was expected by me. I would get phone calls telling me what to do or how much money to send. I was completely lost and frustrated on the entire process. Hey, you got a new client and that is exactly how I felt. Just a statistic.
