Unfortunately NAF has been historically difficult, each time i refinance my home i hope it will get better but I felt like the process was great up until i was transferred to work directly with the personal underwriting my loan. There was little to no communication until something was needed from me with utter urgency but when i had questions it took days for a response. My underwriter was changed several times throughout the long process and i never knew the status of my loan until the end.

The incident occurred on Saturday morning. I reported it promptly and was told I would be called shortly. I wasn’t contacted at all. I had to initiate a call to find out what needed to be done. The tow service you used was from the Birmingham, AL area. Ridiculous!

Timely communication, I had to wait weeks to get the loan going then when something was needed by your team there was an immediacy that couldn't always be met. The redundancy in the paperwork. First seeing if I qualified then most of the same when I applied. Our mutual friend got a better deal.... from his local mortgage broker for being an educator....
