Advocating for me, if you are not familiar with USDA you should not offer that loan service, you should have USDA contacts, you should not have given up on your client. I did your job for you, I made the phone calls to USDA. I was able to advocate for myself to prevent homelessness. Your team needs to be trained on what exactly needs to happen in this kind of situation rather than saying “ we all have performed well” and throw in you’re hat. This was by far the worst experience.

I am a family member of a NAF employee and expected to be treated as part of the NAF family. Instead, it was assumed that all of my questions and concerns would be answered by my family member instead of by my loan officer or LO assistant. My experience with this process was awful. Nothing was ever upfront. If I was told one thing one day, it was totally different the next. Information that should have been communicated via phone was emailed, which I felt was very unprofessional. I’m thankful that I was able to close on my home but I would never send any friends or family to this company.

No communication between loan officer and client as well as loan officer and realtor. I would go days calling and leaving voice messages (my client as well) and wouldn’t hear anything. Just very hard to work with and my client was very upset at the lack of communication and effort the loan officer (Brandi in particular) put into her loan.

Better communication and organization would have made this a better experience. I would not recommend Nichole Allison to anyone I know interested in buying a home. Documents were delivered late. My name was spelled incorrectly on closing documents. The appraisal for my home was ordered late. My closing took five hours due to Nichole and her team being ill prepared. Absolute worst home buying experience ever.

Jason did not keep the original agreement to reduce reduce the interest rate from 4.5% to 4.25% if we improved the credit score from 650 to over 680. There were also 2 errors at the end of the closing process that resulted in us closing 1day late and at the very end of that day (Friday) due to late funding of the loan resulting in significant stress (because the seller wanted an out of the contract due to escalating home prices) and delaying our move until the next weekend.

At first I was going to save $160 a week
