Oh it was memorable alright. We signed paperwork showing we would get 2000 back, then went down to $1500 then Meredith told me it was 900 the day before closing and said it was usually adjust by 1 or 200 but that was max, we get to closing and it was $390 we were to get back. I was not happy to say the least so I called Meredith and she immediately told me she never said it was only a couple hundred difference and why am I really making a big deal over the 500-600 difference. She continued to tell me it wasn’t her fault but the closing team. I would never recommend her to anyone. Then she proceeded to tell me she bent over backwards to get our loan closed when she did. Ummm that’s your job!!!

More company initiated communication. I always seemed to be checking on how things were progressing. Seemed like it took way to long to complete the refinance and then I was charged to keep my interest rate locked in even though I had nothing to do with it taking so long.

When it came time for signing the amount of money I had been told, two days earlier, I had to pay had increased from 500 to 900. The notary of course could not explain why. We chose not to sign. Mr. Quach was able to satisfactorily explain why it increased. The signing of docs with the notary then took several days to accomplish. I believe Mr. Quach was extremely conscientious and professional throughout. It was just frustrating experience. I do want reiterate that I found Mr. Quatch a pleasure

Better commination. It was very very difficult to get direct questions answered via email. Many times the questions would go ignored and not acknowledged at all. Even if the answer is unknown at the time, please at least acknowledge the question. Jem was even worse. This became very frustrating. Sophia was much better over the phone and part of what caused me to go with NAF in the first place. Fix the documentation issues and translate the phone service to email/online service and all 5 stars.

really about the person who was the loan officer. timely delivery of documents. fewer errors in documentation. failure to update me when it became clear that they were behind. had i not checked the math myself, i would have paid 1000k i. unnecessary costs. also, though new american was not on schedule, i as the client was expected to answer emails “asap”. complete disregard for the fact i was on the east coast. also, the loan papers had the wrong name and address on them.
