We had a few communication hiccups with my husband and I both on the loan but not always both included on emails (this involved people later in the process more than Brittani personally). It was a little confusing being passed to different people as well. I think an overview of the process would have been helpful, so we knew what to expect and when. My biggest (and smallest) annoyance was my name being misspelled on several emails. In the end we have a great new refi and are very happy

Not being able to close at original time because paperwork was not completed and numbers were not adding up (according to the title company). This caused a 2 hour delay in being able to close when original close date was a week prior, but was told I couldn't close that day because the sellers, not the lending company. Overall Nissa's communication and assistance was good. The company overall causing a 2 hour delay at closing made my experience not so great.

Our working with Bruce went well. He was always helpful when we had questions. The communication and quality of work we received from Rusty was extremely disappointing. Even after closing, we were never sent a final CD, despite requesting one multiple times. Our real estate agent sent numerous emails and voicemails leading up to closing regarding a few outstanding issues, but her requests went unanswered. We felt that the service we received did not meet our standards considering the large sum of money paid. We had to get our cash to close amount from the title company as numbers we received from Rusty were inaccurate and had no supporting documentation. Overall it was not a positive experience leading up to closing.

Took forever to get approved. multiple request for the same docs. Came down to less than 24 hrs before closing to get "final" approval. 11th hour fund transfers and great banking relationships got funds transferred to title. Felt like there could have been a better experience. However, I will acknowledge that there were many players in many roles due to attrition, PTO, etc, but I was impacted none the less.
