Although my husband and I appear in the contract, communication was almost always only with my husband, so it was a bit unpleasant to feel that I was out of communication.

Not treating me like I’m trying to steal money from you. I was asking for a small loan & have a lot of investments which could easily cover this loan. It was not until the very end that I was treated like someone with money.

The process was good, just i had questions during the process and i called and it seemed i could not get a call back at times. but all is good. it seemed everyone was very busy. The other is that i got several packages not just one, so it seemed i have three copies of packages with changes from different time frames. but i am pleased with the results thanks.

More proactive communication would have helped. A lot of documents were sent to us with little to no guidance. I do think we got a great package, one that would have been difficult to beat with anyone else but the communication could have been better. I do appreciate all of the hard work and patience with our situation.
