Initially was told my income should not be a problem to be able to get the maximum cash out and that my overtime should have no trouble being included. Jordan did tell me he couldn’t guarantee it but he was pretty certain. I ended up getting 20k instead of the 60k we were wanting for renovations. Everyone was nice and professional but we are a little disappointed since we found out just several days before closing that we weren’t getting what we wanted. It would have been nice to know earlier. Not bad experience but can’t rate it as great.

Heith Reade was great - his lenders wanted and needed way to much information. The process took way to long extremely frustrating. Things were asked for and re asked for. Once should be enough. When you have credit ratings at 850 and other one over 830. Plus you own a successful business for over 20 years. Plus house was paid for in cash.. it took way to long!! That was extremely disappointing.

I had my personal information faxed to a wrong number that was provided during the employment verification process; returned communication with the loan officer on many occassions took longer than I felt needed to be; lastly, the mobile signing at closing was not a good experience, I felt rushed because it was the end of the day and the notary was ready to leave. Copies of all signed documents where not issued prior to me leaving due to their rushed agenda.
