I communicated with Paul for this transaction, but he sent this survey to my husband. I told Paul that I go by Maggie twice, and he repeatedly called me Margaret. At what felt like the last minute he let me know that we would have to come to closing with over $1000 when I told him from the start that I would not go through with the transaction if we had to bring cash to closing. I just felt like Paul didn’t pay attention to what I said to him.

We had to send documents more than once and to get the closing correct was not pleasant. Figures had to be redone, earnest money had to be sent back at the last minute and I have never seen a closing go back and forth so many times.
