Poor communication, loan bundled incorrectly, excessive additional charges due to incompetence on NAF side - closed on the 5TH SCHEDULING, and every progressive schedule caused CIC and increase in fees. Problems with appraisal and USA Appraisals said they did not receive requests for review as I requested from MH. This was a horrible experience and the only reason I stayed in was for the rate. Close cost me an additional $38,000 !!!

Lack of communication, lack of responding to emails and phone calls, and not paying attention to the information we provided, making the whole process much more stressful and difficult than it needed to be.

Communication is key; especially for first time home buyers. I realize that there was a lot of extra work involved in getting GA Dream approval. However, if an associate does not or cannot provide guidance, support and a professional attitude, then the organization should not offer that option. Brad was very flippant, careless and unprofessional. However, Alisa Curry was exceptional. She is the reason I did not withdraw my application and take my business elsewhere.

Mr. Seago told me, a woman, that all of the loan processors are women and they don't like to work hard nor do they communicate via phone because they aren't hard workers. I have never in my life been so insulted.
