During our refinance process the communication we received was sparse and inaccurate.

Extremely poor communication. When my husband and I would ask for follow calls and status, it would be days before we received an emai, never a call like we asked. Horrible communication!

Complete unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Dustin gave the most convening assurances he would close on time. If he needed more time he just needed to say it up front instead of dragging it out for days. He passed the buck constantly and did not take responsibility for any delays. His underwriting department took at least three different looks at the file and each time found another issue. Even past the date of closing on the contract. Dustin initiated a dry closing without informing all parties. And we are STILL waiting for funding days after docs have been signed. Dustin did not provide a Closing Disclosure when asked and got rude about it. I have been a real estate broker for almost 20 years and this is one of my worst experiences. It should not be this hard. So disappointing. These are not just files. These are peoples lives we are dealing with. Moving, packing, kids, pets, etc. If you can’t produce what you promised just say and fix it.

More communication from our Mortgage Agent. We never received any phone calls, we always had to call, or our realtor. We felt like we were always put on the back burner , as if we were not important during the entire process.

Communication was not timely and the information present was never the same . I have never had such a horrible experience with a "streamlined" refinance. The underwriting tool so long and kept changing the amount to close and I was told it was because they were losing money on the loan. It was so bad that when we are eligible for a refinance we will be changing mortgage companies.

Timely substantive responses versus boilerplate excuses for lack of service.

My experience was unpleasant because the communication was poor. As a first time buyer I feel that my lender should have communicated the process, expectations, do's & dont's thru process. Overall, I felt like my loan wasn't important along with all the inconsistencies with dates, needed documents, interest rates, etc. I felt this should have been a good/joyful experience but it's was a nightmare. In honesty I didn't appreciated being told "I work too much". Just too many lies.

There was very poor communication. Nothing was explained well. It was more like sign this & turn this in. As a first time home buyer this was all new to us so more explanation and communication would have been helpful and greatly appreciated. There was no communication about who would be helping us so I was receiving emails from different people that I had no idea would be part of the loan process so letting people know other people will be reaching out and introducing them would be great.
