Some things were out of Michael’s hands (like several folks working on my loan were out sick with COVID) and contributed to some perceived delays in obtaining my clear to close. Michael communicated well overall and ultimately we got to the closing table on time. Unfortunately, the loan disclosure documents were delivered to the title company at 5am on the day of close, creating a stressful, nail biter of a day for me that could have possibly gone better if we weren’t living though a pandemic. I acknowledge the limitations here.

Having the right amount to wire at closing. Spent 3 hours at title company. They had my wife’s SSN wrong twice and on one document had her first name wrong.

Lines of communication could have been a whole lot better. The issue that we had to stop the process once because the appraisal had expired and then the loan raised a la crate had expired when I was doing everything I was instructed to do getting all the documentation in on time. It just seems that there could have been a little better service in that area secondarily when we proceeded with the second go-around we almost got to the end where they weren't going to be able to fun because we had timed out again I really don't understand what takes so long every f h a loan requires the same documentation you send the documentation and then they want something else or they want it changed or who knows what. I respect Zach and his willingness to work and Kristen Mack was very good in helping me solve some questions but I don't know that I ever want to go through this process again
