Tiffany's business and communication may not be right for this kind of role. we had some loan issues early on which is fine, but her communication about it was few and far between. I found out midway through the first month that while She was complaining about no one responding to her that she hadnt bothered to ask across numerous emails for a response deadline, I also then found out that she only bothered to email once in a while instead of calling the HOA etc. This was my first red flag, and honestly from that point on I was wary we I would even get a loan with her at the helm. when we finally were on the right path for a loan I asked multiple times for the preliminary numbers so I could be aware of how much I'd be spending (like she has done for me previously) she never sent them. I didn't know my final spend until the morning I wired all the money. That's terrifying. Throughout our final loan process her communication ranged from over promising to under sharing. I'd have to continually ask for updates every few days because She would go completely silent and I wouldn't hear from her on any progress being made. Then when I did he from her she would promise me that we'd be finalized by x day, then when that date would come around it would be x Day and again and again and again. she Took no regard for my own personal sanity when doing this thinking i can finally move into my home only to be stuck, which became incredibly more frustrating when I had to move out of my previous place by a certain date. after all this she Then decides to tell me late into the mortgage process that there's a three day hold period between loans. I was so upset with her at this point. How could we go through 3 weeks of reaearching and processing this loan for you to only just now tell me that once we close we still have to tack on even more time! she could definitely Tell I was upset with her by this point, and Honestly I thougt She really couldn't get much worse but then the day we closed she finally called me to explain why this wasn't moving like how we wanted it to. That phone call was three Weeks too late. She absolutely should have been more upfront with the process and Outlining various dates and deadlines and clear , accurate expectations rather Than what felt like consistent lying to keep me happy. It was miserable, and I've already started a filing a complaint with the NMLS. ary we would be able to get the job done.

Unfortunately, my first-time homebuyers had a frustrating experience. Most updates, documentation, and key requests came in after business hours, making the process stressful. On the morning of their scheduled closing—Friday at 11 AM—the loan package didn’t arrive until after 4 PM, and the wire transfer wasn’t completed until after 5 PM, well past banking hours. As a result, they were unable to move into their new home and now have to wait until Monday.

I informed Hoang Blias at the beginning of the process that we were on a strict timeline because our landlord was selling our home. Due to slow communication within your company, my closing date was pushed back 10 days passed the original 45 days. Because of this, instead of having 12 days to prep and move, I had to move in 36 hours. In addition I was still being asked for information the day before closing. I had to hound my employer HR to expedite their processes to be able to close before my family became homeless.

We had very poor communication, with many times that our calls were not returned when we had questions. We got asked for the same doc multiple times and felt as if we had to work around the schedule of the loan officer and processor. Our questions were always answered with very vague responses which left us unsure of where we were in the process. Quotes and money amounts changed frequently and eventually the only communication we had with David was through a realtor As he would not return our calls. It was an overall stressful experience. It added unneeded stress to our lives, complicated our jobs because Of inconsistent dates and times when we were supposedly needed. I cant can't say enough how dissatisfied the experience was.

I was told incorrect information concerning the amount of the loan and what the lender verse seller would contribute to the closing costs.This was not communicated to me untill I arrived at closing.I was given the incorrect date and time of closing. I was told through email important information that was not displayed on our Closing Documents. I believe better communication would have lead to a better home buying experience and would not recommend anyone go through this process.

Better communication, more diligence and a higher perceived sense of urgerncy might have made for a better experience during my home purchase process. As it was I came away very disatisfied as I incurred 100's of dollars of additional expense as a result of the delays in my loan being finalized and being able to close.

This was one of the worst loan experiences I have ever had. I have purchased several houses over the years and this experience was extremely disorganized and stressful.
