Review by Tamara Garcia for New Russell

Little to no communication Seemed unwilling to help with first time home buyer programs or answering any questions, had a very condescending tone. Under writing was unprepared pushed back 3 times for closing date.

No communication. Timeline was not met. Follow up was not timely or when promised. And I heard "this is all we need from you" way too many times. And always had new things to request. Basically ..... you all need to know what you are doing.

She never told me how much the interest will be until I spent some money and it was to late to stop the purchase process.

Review by Richard Michael Goodman for Billy Gardner

Be more clear on what is needed to close on a loan. Was told multiple times that they had what they needed and then it wasn't enough. Was asked for the same information multiple times. Very stressful journey to get to closing. Would not recommend.

Review by Christy Hambel for New Darner

Completed transaction on January 23, 2026

Loan Process Feedback – Rusty Darner Throughout the loan process, Rusty repeatedly misled both my clients and me. When it came time to schedule the closing, I was informed—without prior warning—that we could not proceed. Upon contacting his manager, Sam Cronin, I learned that the buyers’ financing terms had been changed and the loan had been sent to a third-party lender as a non-conforming loan. Rusty had sat on the application for three weeks without notifying the buyers or myself that additional conditions needed to be met and that significant documentation was still outstanding. This lack of communication and transparency was completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and delays. It’s clear this situation could have been avoided with timely updates and responsible handling of the file. Fortunately, once Sam Cronin became involved, he took full control of the file and moved things forward efficiently. We ultimately received the clear to close and successfully closed the transaction.

Poor communication closing date was completely up in the air until we actually closed. .Multiple voice mails were left with no return call. Emails went unanswered. It was a horrible experience. Sincerely Gary Robbins

Review by Tiona Vernon for Kendra Lamanna

Completed transaction on January 16, 2026

The overall experience was unpleasant. In the initial phases of the application process I never heard from Kendra. When I made attempts to contact her via email, she would respond by text stating she was feeling ill or busy. Things worsened after the due diligence period when Kendra submitted the initial loan application with errors regarding my clients income which denied her for a loan she was previously approved for. I have more to share but I am limited to 500 words.

Review by Mario Jimenez for CHRISTIAN CAMACHO

Completed transaction on December 23, 2025

Christian didn't communicate well. Most young people these days don't know now to communicate . He needs to understand common courtesy. He didn't give me enough information about third party companies that I needed to interface with. These are times where one has to be very careful about who you share personal information with. I felt that Christian lacks this understanding . Initially he didn't tell me not to message him, another example of poor communication. I work on classified systems so I am well aware of security risks. Christian expects people to go with the flow and mentioned that no one has ever expresed these concerns. To make it better , inform your customers what to expect next and from whom exactly.
