Eric is known to get the job done. HOwever, after first email, the communication trail went cold and I had to reach out a week prior to closing to see if we were on track. These were not my buyers so I don't always expect this level of communication from just any lender. I was happy to be looped in in the beginning with the automated email of progress, but then nothing after that. It closed on time, so ultimately no complaints here

Communication of progress. No timelines communicated. Didn't know what or when to expect. Process was drawn out. Not on par with competitors. The product met my needs. The delivery and fulfillment were lacking. That would be my referral message. Is that OK with you?

Crossing time zones is a bit of a challenge. Especially when we need a response and the day is half over by the time we get a response. We understand it isn't a personnel issue. It's a time zone issue.

Everything was going very well initially, there was great communication and assistance with everything. The first agent I was using left our service and we were given Nolan to finish the remainder of the process. Nolan did well with taking care of the necessary steps for the deal to go through, but did not do so well with communication at some points. Also my realtor was trying to communicate with him on several occasions and she was unable to get any response back from him. One other difficulty was how hard it seemed to be to get everything together for the underwriting department. I don't think I have ever had such a complicated time with any other lender I've used for home related matters.

I understand the optempo during these challenging times, However, timely customer service (communication) is paramount to make a customer feel comfortable making a big purchase like this.
