I was the listing agent on the transaction and didn’t hear from Jose or his team not once. I did attempt to call at one point for any update on the appraisal but my call was never returned. Also, we were clear to close and then had issue after issue which enlogated funding for my client. Thank you for getting this closed but I will not be recommending clients.

Better communication. I had no idea where I was in the loan process, what interest rate, loan type, and you wanted 16k in closing costs. I'll take my business else where next time.

The only person that was kind with us , was Julian. our closing date was postponed 3 times for no really important reason , the last one was because you need my paystub, but you never asked for it . This caused to us wasting to much money in Airbnbs And storage . We have 2 girls that hadn't bad experiences in this process.

The entire process lacked communication. Every time I needed information or had a question I would reach out and often not receive a response. I had to circumvent at one point and contact another employee at New American Funding, As well as send multiple emails. My biggest complaint is often I would reach out asking what needed to be done next for the response to be had just changed, or being provided the information very delayed. The only time Heather reached out to me was when she wanted me to share my appraisal information with another customer. Never once did she reach out to me to inform me that the credit score requirements had increased by just a few points or did she reach out to me to let me know that I had met the new requirements. Both times I had to contact her. on top of that, she started to give me bad information in regards to my loan even telling me that it would take several months for the processing to be complete, only for me to find out when I pointed out the information seemed in accurate that she told me she was in fact, giving me bad information and would contact me back. Never to do so, until I reached out to her a week later.

Communication. Everyone but Kim Anderson and Michael Sena was hard to get a hold of. They were the only ones that truly gave me answers when I was confused. They gave me proper updates while no one else does. The whole team was at different places in my loan and they never knew what was going on. It made it extremely frustrating and I hated the entire process
