No communication beginning with my first call and text. He never did call me the next day. Never received any email to start the communication, no LSU provided and I had to threaten an cure with the buyers agent to receive one. Still no communication unless we begged for it. Really strange all the way around for sure.

What I will say is that Dianne did eventually get the job done. I can also say she was never rude with me however...When I started this process with NAF cash she said she had done it before. It did not seem like it. The communication was minimal and she made it a point to tell me how she had to work miracles to get my loan approved...yet I was pre approved from the jump. I was told I could sell my house for top dollar and as long as I sold in a few months I would be fine and my payment wouldnt be over 2100 a month. It was not fine. My home stood on the market for over 6 months and I am paying NAF Cash over 14k in rent back, hoa fees, and property tax fees. Is my payment 2100 a month ? No, it is more like 2600 a month. After all closing costs and learning of what I needed to pay off in order to just qualify for the new home loan I made nearly zero profit, dispite having recieved nearly 80k from my previous home. If I would have known upfront how bad this process was going to go, I would have never done it. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. The only person who ever made me feel like a human and showed sympathy was Cassandra from NAF cash. She was absolutely wonderful. I will be leaving a review on google and it will be scathing unless someone from naf cash gives me at least half my rent back money. Wishful thinking? Maybe...but I feel I was totally taken advantange of with this NAF cash program.

These challenges not only made the process difficult but also amplified an already stressful situation. Here are the main areas that contributed to the unpleasant experience: Lack of Clear and Consistent Communication: I found myself having to repeat the same information 3 to 4 times during different interactions, even though this information was already provided in previous emails and voicemails. This repetition caused unnecessary delays and frustration, especially given the urgency of the situation. Being Bounced Between Different Parties: I was passed from one person to another without clear direction, which created confusion and further slowed down the resolution process. A more streamlined approach, with a single point of contact or clear handoffs, would be greatly appreciated. Inaccurate Contact Information: The callback number I was given was either incorrect or unclear, which caused delays in resolving the issue. Additionally, I did not always have access to the right contact email for follow-up, further hindering effective communication. Delays in Responses: I experienced significant delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, which added to the stress of an already time-sensitive issue. A more prompt and proactive approach would have helped keep things on track and reduced anxiety. Lack of Execution: Finally, the failure to follow through and execute tasks in a timely manner only compounded the frustration. In a situation where prompt action was required, these delays created additional challenges and made the process even more stressful. To improve future experiences, I would suggest more consistent and clear communication, ensuring accurate and readily available contact information, reducing delays, and improving task execution. By addressing these issues, you could significantly reduce the stress and frustration experienced by clients, especially in high-pressure situations.

i received no guidance only calls to provide information and lock for closing. everything was unorganized, last minute and delayed due to this. poor closing experience with no call to me to explain or apologize. was not able to get my keys and complete closing due to your disorganization.
