I started the process with Steve Pinto, who later left your company. After that I was bounced around between 3 loan officers with very little communication regarding the progress of my refi. Many times I reached out to different people with no response or follow up. Charles did step in and save my business because I had already sent an email withdrawing my application and had another mortgage company working on my refi. The loan process took more than 45 days, and had the underwriter continually asking for letters of explanation which kept delaying the closing of my loan. I feel that since I was an existing customer with 12 months of on time payments that my track record should have spoken for it self. The VP has to step in and override the underwriter just to move my loan into closing. The biggest complaint is the lack of communication between all the loan officers and the loan processor.

They did great for the short time however the amount of extra time taken to get funded when they already had closing cost making us pay for another appraisal when the second one looks almost identical to the first all because they didn’t work with that lender being told we were closing then getting the ball dropped ten minutes later for a new appraisal and the home owners insurance is still asking for money that was supposed to be paid at closing

Last couple of weeks, all the questions felt like a full time job, and took time away from my actual work. Otherwise all people I worked with were awesome.

Close on time! I can't understand the inability to provide closing documents for a date that was determined well in advance. We had to provide some information a week in advance to ensure NAF had what they needed to proceed, which was done. We find out an hour before closing that the lawyer doesn't have documents from NAF. No one call to advise that you weren't going to be ready. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better. Very disappointing.

Issue 1: We received outdated information at the outset of the process, regarding the NAF Cash rent-back cost. It turned out to be $1000 more that what was on the info-sheet we got, and it was basically too late in the process to change it. Issue 2: The loan documents had costs shown incorrectly throughout the entire process, not corrected until closing day. The software did not accurately reflect the amount we had to bring to closing and so we had to come up with another $3800 at closing. The issue was apparently software related, but it was not caught till the last minute and led us to believe that the loan was a better deal than it turned out to be,

Nothing special. Getting a mortgage is a stressful moment for everyone and it is hard to say that the time was memorable. Also, we worked with Alan, not Devin. We never talked to him

Robert was good. Margie Bautista wasnt the best. We would give information, but some how would get lost even though we sent it correctly or she would misunderstand it. Pricing kept changing as well.
