I would have appreciated more communication about the underwriting process and why my loan changed hands in underwriting. It caused undue stress and delay.

Lack of communication. Almost lost the loan because of last minute changes. Was driving in a uhaul moving truck during a snow storm when Chris called and informed me that I will lose the loan if I could not sign some docs NOW. Had to find a library in a small town to sign docs. Very stressful and should not have happened. Very unprofessional.

Our original loan officer was Danny Hakker, he was wonderful. Kept us posted on things. He was Hospitalized. Things went down from there. Hieu was pretty good. At least he spoje to us in a professional manner. Emil not so much, my c daughter is in the process of buying her first home originally going to use Danny to do her loan. I found a new lender for her to use. For no other reason than the treatment,rudeness and empty promisses. And he is a supervisor????

if you were honest about your fees and your actual turnaround time from the start. I don't appreciate being quoted closing cost and a thirty day turnaround. But in the end the cost went up four times what I was quoted and it took 3 times as long to close. Because of your huge delay to close. you then used that as an excuse to rip me off on closing cost. I definitely would not recommend you to any one I liked.

Communication and accurate information being provided. Also using assistants who are able to complete tasks and have a knowledge of the field in which they work. Follow through with assistants gathering documents and the right knowing what the left is doing would provide a better experience to future clients. James himself was always pleasant but the lack of competency from his assistants out weighs him being pleasant

Mixed messages from loan officer; however, processor, Jose Ridriques, answered my questions in a manner I could understand. I felt Scott Twomley was unhappy I asked questions and gave different responses for the same questios. He used more than one label for the same item causing me to misunderstand what was going on. Due to the process taking over six months, my loan amount changed significantly to a much higher amount than I really wanted. I'm glad it is over!

It was nearly impossible to reach Sean on the weekends which is when I needed him most to put in offers. I often times would request multiple offer letters before I actually needed them just so that I had them ready and available when I did need them. Sean had multiple excuses When he was not contactable via phone or email. The worst part was that Sean disappeared when it was time for me to close. He insured me that we would close on time but when that didn't happen Sean disappeared.

Effective communication between departments. Keeping my real estate agent in the loop. Attention to details e.g. providing the correct fax number Treating clients as if they were family, not just numbers. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Be professional when addressing people, terms such as hun is in poor taste.
