Michael was good but his assistants bad mouthed me to my clients and they began to distrust me throughout the end of the transaction. His assistants were also negotiating terms of the contract directly with the Seller behind my back.

I was working with Ryan. I represented the Seller. Ryan told me the appraisal came in at agreed price but in the end it hadn't. My Seller was EXTREMELY upset & couldn't understand how a lender could make such a mistake. He was so upset he said he was calling his lawyer to discuss. Then, when Buyer went in to sign escrow/loan docs, Ryan hadn't informed Buyer there is a $5000 lender charge for a VA loan. Buyer started YELLING at the escrow officer over something that was Ryan's fault not hers.

The amount of paperwork that was needed was outrageous. It was a constant back and fourth battle of needing new and different paperwork. It felt like I had to give my first born son to get re-approved for a loan that we were already approved for and paying on. It was an extremely difficult and aggravating process.

Lack of clear communication during process. Responsiveness was inconsistent. Overall process too much longer than expected. Process only improved when manager intervened.
