Overall experience was good, but could improve communication better. Had to complete a Fannie Mac video/quiz, and pass the day before my closing. I understand this was a simple mistake, but I had to put work aside to complete these video/quiz. The modules had to be purchase, and took 3 hours to complete.

It was a long process which to a degree I can understand since there were items that took longer to get completed but overall a longer than normal cycle in my opinion. One thing that needs improving is communication from the processing side as there were times emails went unanswered which left me with doubt about the loan, I’m aware we had to overcome some obstacles and my questions may sound redundant to the document team but every question deserves an answer so I’m my opinion this should be top of the list! Overall communication stayed somewhat consistent but seemed to lag towards the end which at times left me frustrated. Internal Research was a bit challenging during their credit investigation which I think can be improved! The loan was funded in the end so it worked out but for the next individual with the same circumstances should take into consideration what I listed as areas for improvement…

I felt that I did not receive updates as to the status of the loan process as quickly as I should have. The buyer also was not informed that his wife had to be added to all the documents until during the closing process. This delayed the closing and we were at closing for an hour and forty minutes.
