Probably not the fault of any one person, but we thought we would have a lower interest rate. Seemed to start out lower, then ended up at 3.25. Also, the fees were higher than expected. Started out lower, then ended up higher. Felt like the length of time to process everything didn’t help us at all. We were stuck and settled . Still, we saved some but not what we thought.

This rating does NOT refer to Suren Sumpat but ONLY to the crew who worked with us in the refinancing case. They were constantly requesting documents that should know were unavailable in our case or had already been sent/emailed to them. Too many people were involved in the processing of our application which resulted in some miscommunications, repeated requests for the same documents, etc. When Mr. Sumpat was dealing with us earlier directly (years ago), there were NO similar problems. So, again, our disappointment is NOT related to any bad experience with Mr. Suren Sumpat but only conduct of other people who were working on our application.

Better communication.

Very great working with Mark. He was helpful all through the time.Thank you for having him in your team. Only during the last week of engagement I had bad experience due to the compliance team of ur company . As they had done mistakes and I had tough time to get the right document. The document and compliance team just shared all my secure and privacy details, without secure manner as pdf to title company. whatever information already filled in online, was repeated and duplicated .

I would definitely used you guys again and again for the great care I got from earache and every one of you guys.

My experience with Diana was amazing. She helped tremendously, provided support, assisted and communicated extremely well.

I believe it started in the beginning of my clients process . She had to go through 3 different loan officers before she could actually start the process, I also know there was or at least I was told there was a mistake on the funds needed to close.

On the pro side, Phillip initiated the refi offer and at the end of the day, we got it done. That is huge. Two things can be improved. The paperwork follow-ups. Phillip could have been clearer about what the underwriter will ultimately look for. The instruction was to just show one of our accounts that has some kind of healthy balance. But the numerous subsequent follow-up documentation asks were clearly towards the account where the refi cost will be funded from and the source of funding. Second, the multiple delays that at the end costed us $3K to lock the rate. It felt like nothing we can do about it unless we want to abort the whole thing. 3 extensions and none of them felt like it's our fault. 2 of them were clearly delays on NAF side. The last one is because we went on a christmas vacation and it came as a surprise when we saw the new loan disclosure with $3K on it. I'd recommend Phillip but with a big dose of caveat that you have to be asking lots of questions and look after your own interest.
