The only communication we received was last minute ASAP need to have items over email or text that could've been conveyed sooner. We felt continuously rushed and left out of the loop. We're not first time home buyers, but were often made to feel clueless.

She misinformed us which led to a delay in closing, the sellers were very close to walking away. You need to provide accurate information to borrowers and you need to follow-up if you say you're going to do something. Everytime I asked for information or for her to do something she never follows back up, I'm the one who has to call her after not hearing from her for a week. She is a nice person but nice alone doesn't cut it.

Clearer and more frequent communication.

We didn't close on the scheduled date. There was never a reason given. We were quick to respond with documents within a few hours of every request. The damages of this unexpected delay included extra time with the Uhaul truck and finding a separate place to stay during a global pandemic. This appears to have largely been the fault of Qamille Cotton, the processor, but Salvador should have been checking up more than daily and should have known early on that there were delays and escalation needed

While the end result was what I wanted; the 2 month process leading up to it was THE MOST STRESSFUL situation EVER! NAF is the worst at communicating with you without you having to chase them down. This was my 1st home buying experience, and ANYTHING that could have went wrong, did. I was constantly being quoted the wrong rates, closing fees, etc. Kim always made me feel like she was too busy for me or that I was bothering her. I was asked to send over the same documents repeatedly.
