Took too long to close. Loan processor Jacqueline was unresponsive and keeps asking for same documents. Does not notify you of documents needed and loan gets delayed. Will go elsewhere next time.

Communication through the entire loan process, from acceptance of contract to closing. The agent, who is the face of the transaction, the one that has the in-person interaction and is responsible for all the contractual documents, negotiations and communication to the selling agent is left in the dark after the contract has been accepted. The lack of communication creates unnecessary difficulties through the transaction amongst all parties.

I tried multiple times to contact Ben through email, text, and leaving voicemails throughout the process when I needed to know information before e-signing documents. It took me trying and trying and trying to finally just calling Samuel to get my answers. The first few days the response time was great and I was very responsive on my end at all times. It was upsetting through the middle and end of the process when I needed to get ahold of him. I finally contacted an agent to see if they would send an email on my behalf to Ben and his manager because I couldn’t get into contact with him. I left approx 3-5 voicemails to only receive a phone call back 2 days later. All in all the online process with this company is usually a breeze and that part makes it nice. Communication needs to be there for me when you are working for me. When I need my agent to answer questions I like to be called back in a timely manner. I appreciate Ben for helping me through the process, but if I was to do it over again I would prefer Brian Hull who I used the first time to refi.
