The process took significantly longer than expected and when I requested updates, I was told I should be contacted by someone soon, which ended up taking over a month. Then when I finally did get contacted by someone, they requested the same paperwork four times. Overall the process took 2 months longer than we were originally told.

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY!!! When I needed questions answer I couldn't get in touch with nobody. For a first time home buyer experience it wasn't good at all. You have alot of questions with nobody to answer them.

I started this process on Sept. 10 and it took until Feb. 26th to complete. Astounding amount of redundancy and lack of communication.

I was told a closing amount, then before closing tjey raised it with no warning. communication is poor.No one ever calls you back.My application changed hands four times. They charged me for extensions but didnt tell me till a week before closing. Absolute disaster, I would never reccomend.

Obviously, closing on time would have been nice. Communicating that closing was being delayed before I arrived at the attorneys office would have been nice too. At least calling back right away when I was sitting in the attorneys office waiting to hear what the heck was going on. Then, when we finally did get the paperwork, it was done incorrectly. Thank goodness we had a good closing attorney or else we would have lost $2500. Yeah, Not good.

I wish that Pam would have reached out to my client and I during the transaction for updates and not us reaching out to her for updates. She was always pleasant in communicating; however, the communication should have been more frequent and more detailed. The lack of communication could have been very costly for my client, but in a desperate attempt to salvage the transaction I reached out to a peer, Janeen Gore, at NAF. And she, was able to help us turn things around and get us closed!
