They missed the mark on a crucial deadline for loan availability and dropped the ball with communication. This created too much unnecessary stress for me and my client. I called on Friday before the deadline to see if anything else was needed and was told it was received from the Buyer and good to go. We did not receive the CTC for another 3 days. This was an extended contract and we had extra time and should have had plenty of time for an early CTC.

I would have liked more advice in the beginning. I could have taken the educational course earlier and that would have helped me in the process.

The service I received was okay, but I wouldn't call it exceptional. I would receive emails on Friday evening asking me to turn around information I could only obtain during the week within 24 hours, and I would receive requests for information I had already provided.

Please review your closing process (costs/fees) for accuracy, and communicate with the customer in a timely manner. Finally, please accurately communicate with all relative depts./entities important details to make the closing experience better for your customer!
