Winda, handed me into Becky"s care, and from there. Her and her secretary was not forth coming with the Interest Rate. As I had told her in beginning, The president had lifted restrictions for has military and has Veterans 3.20-5.2 this must stop. I will take this back to the VA. that was the only thing I was displease with. Overall very good job.

Some of the issues dealing with the Closing Disclosure that came up as a surprise (i.e. aggregated costs of attorney's fees and other items that increased the price at closing). Also, all of the correspondence that took place 24-48 hours before closing made everything seem chaotic and could have been handled weeks before if at all. I hope that next time, we can receive a rough timeline and list of all the things that we need and the approximate time that they will be due for the client.
