More engagement, and answering more of my questions would have been nice. We also went over the quoted amount, and got a higher interest rate than other options, even after getting promised that we could get the rate quoted us by other lenders. There wasn't much communication unless something was needed by us. After we signed papers saying we would work with NAF, it felt life we were an afterthought, and not taken care of. Probably would get along with Andy in person, but it was tough working with him at times.

It was very hard to get in touch with the lender at the beginning of the process. Communication improved towards the end.

I think the experience would have been alot better if the team was more organized. It seemed that alot of the requests they needed happened last minute which delayed closing. As well as I was blamed for holding up closing, when the truth was the proper documents were not requested from the lenders side. Also, if there are documents that could delay closing i think that needs to be communicated to the buyer. There's alot of documents that we sign so you do not know when something needs attn ASAP
