Rates are very competitive and especially the APP service is excellent. The overall Loan officer service experience is OK, the biggest frustration is communication won't lift the calls and late communications, especially Nadia's very rough communication and won't pick up the calls.

Initial responses from Indy were really good and prompt. But towards the closing, there was no communication whatsoever and we had to keep emailing Indy/his team for closing dates / closing docs etc. and their responses were not timely.

Indy provided sound advice. His team can do better with communications, timing of information, which wasn't clear until multiple emails were sent. Closing was very rushed in the end, with a lot of pressure to oblige how they wanted to finish this process, as they were heavily backed up. We ended up giving a much larger cash to close because of timing issues, and now await the overpayment to be refunded. Felt like being on an assembly line, where they just wanted to get done with the close.

Great rates provided by Indy, he provided valuable info and suggestions during the initial call. But the officer assigned to do the processing was not so responsive, considering I am a first time home buyer. I understand that the officer might be busy, but it would be helpful if the questions were answered in a timely manner or some other contact was provided for answering basic questions. Smooth and efficient process and closing done on time.
