I never received one call or email from Pam Rios.. I tried to find out our closing date and time ZERO Nothing.. Finally my buyer called me and told me the date. It was different from the contract closing date.

Communication and availability. It was far too difficult to get anyone on the phone. Emails and text messages were left without response for several days. The entire process took over 2 months when we should have been able to complete the loan in 2 weeks. After the first 3 weeks of waiting and receiving little to no responses we discovered that the documentation was never actually submitted and had to start over anew. This discovery was only prompted from my own inquiries to the leading organization (spring eq) and could have potentially been drawn out even longer. Overall when I did finally and rarely speak to Anthony I was happy with the result and he was patient and understanding of my needs.

I received very poor communication during this process. Had several changes occur without clear explanation. Example: Had closing disclosure changes a few times and was just sent an email without any attempt to call me to discuss. Only received a call when I had not signed the document in a timely manner. This, to me l, was not an indication of concern for me as the client, only a desire to move forward with the process.

The agent we worked with advised us incorrectly on a document we did NOT need to close (and which we have never needed when buying our other homes), which resulted in our interest rate increasing. I would not recommend this company to others.

Communication was little and last minute. Data on documents would change without explanation or warning. Did not feel he was acting in the best interest of us.

Communication is KEY!! When a client has to chase for communication, whether it’s from the assistant or representative of your company, it’s wrong. Knowledge is also key. Working with the VA loan program, it claims in your ad that your representatives know about it. It seems it wasn’t the case for me. Biggest thing once again for me, lack of communication. I will never suggest your company to be a lender. I have told Louis this before, especially because things have gotten frustrating and hectic. 48 hours is a bit too long when a client is in the buying position. You asked for my feedback, you got my honesty. Not bashing anyone, just my perception of this whole process.
