Things started great! Edwin & Thomas gave us a lot of support. The closing process was difficult and violating. As we were closing Edwin went on vacation and assigned Kristin who was absolutely horrible. Extremely unresponsive and would not call me back. I feel like because of that Edwin dropped the ball on us.
